AnswerPal was created to solve a challenge we faced ourselves. As part of iPower, a digital growth company helping businesses maximize their online impact for over 25 years, we struggled with the limitations of traditional customer support. Our own service, Keyboost, received tens of thousands of emails in six languages every month. Existing solutions couldn’t keep up with spam, multilingual demands, or the need for rapid, accurate responses.
