As part of iPower, a digital growth company helping businesses maximize their online impact for over 25 years, we struggled with the limitations of traditional customer support. Our own service, Keyboost, received tens of thousands of emails in six languages every month. Existing solutions couldn’t keep up with spam, multilingual demands, or the need for rapid, accurate responses.
So, we built AnswerPal: an AI-powered platform that automates and optimizes communication across email, chat, and phone. What started as an internal solution quickly proved invaluable to our clients—helping organizations of all sizes professionalize their support, reduce workload, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
