The AI + Phone Budget is a reserve that pays for the OpenAI tokens used to generate responses as well as the telephony costs associated with voice interactions. The budget amount is a percentage of your monthly fee; for example, the Business package includes €300 per month. If not used within the billing cycle, the remaining budget expires. Customers with higher message volumes or call traffic should consider the Pro, Business or Enterprise tiers to ensure sufficient budget.
